Job Responsibility:

  • Leads the Inforce Solutions team to design, structure and execute on solutions that improve the financial, risk, capital and/or customer aspects of our inforce portfolio
  • Fully leverage reinsurance as a new business, risk, financial and capital management tool, work collaboratively with the broader Inforce Management team, Actuarial, Underwriting, Finance and other departments
  • Optimize reinsurance efficiency with regular review of reinsurance structure and retention level
  • Be a business enabler in the development of innovative health & protection solutions including digital, leveraging data & analytics, health and wellness activities and next-gen underwriting approach
  • Sharpen underwriting capability and increase underwriting capacity for Ultra/High Net Worth business through its structuring and/or negotiation with third party providers especially reinsurers
  • Ensure reinsurance administration is efficient, effective, and comprehensive

Requirements:

  • Multiple years’ work experience in life and health insurance and/or reinsurance space
  • Experience in reinsurance or product development
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationship with different stakeholders, influence and drive performance
  • Proven track record, self-directed and high energy
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Bottom line orientated, analytical and strategic thinker
