Insurance Account Handler

• Deal with new and existing commercial insurance risks which include motor, property, EL, PL, commercial combined, business interruption, etc.
• Provide quotations and renewals, deal with MTA’s, market submission, presentations, etc.
• Working independently, with wider team and alongside Account Executives
• Attend networking and conference events
• Build strong insurer and client relationships
• Ensure Acturis records remain compliant and up to date
• Work with clients to design and tailor bespoke insurance programmes to match their commercial insurance needs

• Track record of handling commercial insurance risks in excess of £10,000 income
• Solid understanding of products including motor, property, EL, PL, business interruption, haulage, PI, etc.
• Confident in building relationships and negotiating with insurers and clients
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Acturis experience would be preferred but not essential
• Attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to time-manage
