Previous experience influencing sales in retail with targets, insurance setting, call centre environment or office based sales
Confident and engaging personality able to build great rapport over the phone
Happy to work in a target driven environment
Ambitious and goal-orientated

Job Responsibility

Making calls to customers who have registered to open or renew policies
Building relationships with customers over the phone
Inputting customer information onto system accurately
Consulting customers on potential policies that could be right for them
Discussing price, cover levels, restrictions with customers

Requirements

Previous experience influencing sales- either in a retail setting where you worked to targets, an insurance setting, call centre environment or office based sales
Confident and engaging personality- able to build great rapport over the phone
Happy to work in a target driven environment
Ambitious- the earning potential in this role is uncapped so it suits candidates who are goal-orientated and want to earn as much money as possible
Must be able to start on 5th January 2026
Contract subject to successful DBS and financial background check

Job Responsibility

Making calls to customers who have registered to say they would like to open or renew a policy
Building a relationship with the customer on the phone as you talk to them about their lifestyle and policy requirements
Inputting all information onto system accurately whilst listening to the customer
Consulting the customer on potential policies that could be right for them- discussing price, cover levels, restrictions etc.
Guiding customers who have enquired about Insurance products through a set of questions to determine the best policy for them
