Job Description:

The role is primarily focused on managing IT infrastructure, processing common Helpdesk issues, ensuring CMMC Compliance, and supervising one Helpdesk team member.

Job Responsibility:

  • Overseeing and troubleshooting common Helpdesk issues
  • Ensuring compliance with CMMC, including patching, backups, and proper use of equipment
  • Managing the IT infrastructure and providing high-level IT support
  • Leading the IT team and serving as the primary point of contact for IT-related matters
  • Spearheading the CMMC Compliance Certification Process
  • Utilizing Linux and O365 in the support and administration of systems and networks
  • Leveraging skills in Cisco, Citrix, Cloud, Dell, and Firewall technologies
  • Conducting AB Testing and Cluster Analysis as needed
