Job Description:

Citi Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) is looking for an IT Quality Sr Analyst, AVP – C12 (Performance Testing Architect) to take ownership of multiple applications' Performance testing solutions. The role involves engaging with Development, Architect & Business teams to gather requirements, design Performance testing approaches, and certify application changes before Production deployments. The position requires leading and mentoring a team, managing non-functional testing for applications with complex architecture, and collaborating with global teams.

Job Responsibility:

Drive non-functional testing solutions for applications with complex architecture
Manage, train, and mentor Performance Engineers and Testers
Oversee Performance Engineering and Performance Testing tasks
Collaborate with Development, Architect, Business, and Production Support teams
Implement and execute performance test frameworks
Produce and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Identify and provide tuning recommendations for infrastructure components

Requirements:

10 to 15 years of experience in an IT Quality role
Strong understanding of testing processes
In-depth knowledge of Systems Development Lifecycle
Experience with Performance Center, App Dynamics, HP Site scope, and other performance testing tools
Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, C#, Python, Ruby, etc
Business domain knowledge of Corporate Digital Channels, Payments, Receivable & Treasure
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

Nice to have:

Good to have technical & programming knowledge with one or more languages i.e. Java, JavaScript, C#, Python, Ruby, etc
Business domain knowledge of Corporate Digital Channels, Payments, Receivable & Treasure
Good to have exposure for developing stubs and drivers
