This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2-3 days per week from an HPE office.
Job Responsibility:
Brainstorm with customers and HPE technical specialists to identify and develop solutions for customer’s business requirements
Being able to articulate the company’s technology and product portfolio, positioning to both business and technical users
Engaged in a presale’s technical consultancy and advisory role, the consultant will provide assistance and guidance during the process by identifying customer’s requirements
Support the customer in defining their needs to recognize new business and lead generation opportunities
Use customer engagement tools (chat, e-mail, phones, web-forms) to interact and reach out to online customers
Provide SME support, in a professional manner, to customers within agreed time frames
Position HPE solutions to customers with professionalism and enthusiasm to generate leads
Comply with all HPE web standards, processes and tools
Actively participate in various internal technology forums and other technology sources to gather information on current products and position them to customers as and when required
Requirements:
Excellent communication and grammar skills (written and verbal)
Fluent in English
Sales experience or customer service skills
Strong organizational, time management, and planning skills
Strong ability to multi-task and stay focused in high-pressure situations
Moderate knowledge and understanding of customer conversational experience principles
Basic knowledge of web or digital marketing principles
