This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2-3 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Responsibility:

  • Brainstorm with customers and HPE technical specialists to identify and develop solutions for customer’s business requirements
  • Being able to articulate the company’s technology and product portfolio, positioning to both business and technical users
  • Engaged in a presale’s technical consultancy and advisory role, the consultant will provide assistance and guidance during the process by identifying customer’s requirements
  • Support the customer in defining their needs to recognize new business and lead generation opportunities
  • Use customer engagement tools (chat, e-mail, phones, web-forms) to interact and reach out to online customers
  • Provide SME support, in a professional manner, to customers within agreed time frames
  • Position HPE solutions to customers with professionalism and enthusiasm to generate leads
  • Comply with all HPE web standards, processes and tools
  • Actively participate in various internal technology forums and other technology sources to gather information on current products and position them to customers as and when required
