Job Description:

The Logistics Billing Specialist will be a key player on the Global Fuels & Logistics Team, supporting billing tasks for internal fleet’s fuel deliveries and growing F&L globally at ACT. The role involves partnering with multiple departments, including Global Technology, Business Units, and Support functions.

Job Responsibility:

Perform billing tasks using internal systems and ensure fuel deliveries are reconciled as per the compliance standards and based off completed activities
Work towards reducing incoming volume of orders
Ability to read paperwork from terminals to update orders/systems accordingly
Effective email writing and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Takes ownership and works as One Team to deliver the daily assigned tasks within the defined SLA
Active Listening – Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions, as appropriate
Partner with stakeholders across Global Technology, and Business Units Leadership to build and continually improve/ optimize metrics
Serve as first point of contact for the Business stakeholders for any technical/non-technical issues within the project and communicate the same to higher-ups within the stipulated timelines to avoid any process delays

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accounting or Business Administration
0-2 years in a logistics/accounting role
Fluency in English - verbal and written communication
Understanding of Billing Process
Proficient with MS excel/MS Office Suite
