Are you an experienced and driven Electrical maintenance professional seeking an exciting new role? Join my clients dynamic team at a leading Facilities Management company.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections of electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and emergency systems
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, implementing timely and effective solutions to minimise downtime
  • Conduct preventive maintenance activities to extend the lifespan of electrical equipment and systems, including: UPS, transformers, Circuit breakers, distribution boards/panels and HVAC power supply
  • Collaborate with the wider team to carry out electrical projects, upgrades, and minor installation works
  • Stay current with industry standards, codes, and regulations, ensuring compliance in all electrical maintenance activities
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and service reports

Requirements:

  • NVQ / C&G Level 3 in electrical installation and/or Level 3 electrical apprenticeship
  • 17th or 18th edition

  • Assist with equipment assembling and disassembling to ensure timing production starts
  • Be a driving force for continuous improvement of existing equipment and processes to ensure full optimization
  • Make decisions inline with our company values of sustainability including reducing waste, increasing efficiency and installing energy efficient techniques
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors utilizing their industry expertise
  • Be a key stakeholder in implementing new equipment and processes to ensure appropriate parties are trained and the equipment is fully optimized
