Job Description:

Exciting opportunity to work on a commercial site in the Portsmouth area. The role includes maintenance plumbing, minor mechanical work, and handling planned preventive maintenance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform plumbing and minor mechanical maintenance
  • Handle planned preventive maintenance (PPMs) and reactives efficiently
  • Undertake minor project installation tasks
  • Ensure the highest standards of workmanship and compliance with regulations

Requirements:

  • Plumbing qualifications and relevant experience
  • Ability to obtain DBS
