Job Description:

This role is ideal for an aspiring Marketing/Communications professional looking to support an organisation in delivering the message on their mission to deliver sustainable and trusted products to the construction industry.

Job Responsibility:

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Business Partner, offering support as required
Implementing the marketing strategy and creating compelling marketing communications
Ensuring communications attract and retain customers whilst building brand recognition
Delivering multi channel communications
Supporting external communications and delivering the message on sustainability and innovation
Proofreading marketing communications ahead of publishing
Updating the department activities calendar
Supporting with community liaison and ensuring a positive presence within the media
Monitoring and reviewing competitor activity
Overseeing campaigns and monitoring their performance
Ensuring spend remains within budget
Working with internal stakeholders and the relevant business units to deliver communications

Requirements:

Previous experience within a Marketing and/or Communications position (2+ years)
Strong interpersonal skill with the confidence to interact with the public and all level of employee
Excellent written and verbal communication skill
The ability to think creatively and strategically, with the customers needs at heart
Meticulous attention to detail
Strong IT literacy
Good time management and ability to prioritise effectively
Desire to learn and proceed with new responsibilities
Motivation towards working on own initiative but also as part of a team

Nice to have:

Driving license and use of a car
Experience delivering marketing communications for organisations going through rebrand or change
Educated to Degree level in Marketing or similar discipline
