Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Marketing Customer Engagement Manager to join our dynamic marketing team on a 12 month contract. In this key role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing campaigns across a range of channels.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, search, email, and display advertising
Conduct market research and data analysis to inform campaign strategy and measure performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and sales, to ensure campaign success
Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices
Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to optimize future campaigns

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Marketing or equivalent
5+ years marketing experience within telecommunications (preferably), or any business managing a large customer base
Campaign Strategy & Execution: End-to-end design and management
Data Analysis & Reporting: Interpreting complex data for campaign insights
Stakeholder Management: Internal & vendor collaboration
Strategic Marketing: Driving base transformation initiatives
Cross-Channel Expertise: Managing campaigns across diverse platforms
Project Management: Delivering campaigns on time and budget
Adaptability: Thriving in a matrix organization
Problem Resolution: Addressing customer communication challenges
