Medical Receptionist

• Welcome and assist patients with a friendly and professional demeanour
• Scheduling appointments and managing the appointment diary
• Answering phone calls and dealing with inquiries
• Ensuring patient records are accurately maintained and updated
• Cooperating with the wider team to ensure smooth clinic operations

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Outstanding organisational skills - you thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office and general computer literacy
• Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial
