Job Responsibility

  • Aerospace Computer Systems Engineering: System specification, technical guidance and oversight of suppliers, and final integration into the aircraft of computer systems and networks
  • Network Management: Design, configuration, optimization, and security management of network infrastructures
  • System Integration: Seamless integration of computer systems and networks within aerospace platforms
  • Technical Oversight: Supervision of technical aspects of projects
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with multidisciplinary teams
  • Cybersecurity and Network Security: Implementation and maintenance of security measures
  • ISR Mission & Avionics: Apply expertise in Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Mission and Avionics disciplines

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Engineering or related field
  • Preference for a Master's degree in Computer Engineering
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification highly desired
  • Additional certifications in network management, aerospace systems, and cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CEH) are a plus
  • Proven experience in computer engineering within the aerospace sector
  • Deep understanding of aerospace systems and networks
  • Extensive experience in managing and optimizing network infrastructures
  • Experience in configuration, security, and performance tuning of protocols such as TCP/IP, UDP, and ARINC 664
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and network security practices
  • Proficiency in computer systems architecture, network protocols, and aerospace-specific technologies
