Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as part of a Retail Team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life, building energy and excitement with customers around products and services. They educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions while developing skills for the next level role as Mobile Expert.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store
Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology in-store
Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions including cutting-edge IoT devices
Approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion
Using digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and T-Mobile plans
Completing training on T-Mobile in-store experience and new processes
Establishing relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels
Resolving customer issues in a seamless manner
Identifying and handing off small business leads
Supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues
Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
