Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as part of a Retail Team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life, serving customers and building relationships while thriving in a fast-paced sales environment. They explore customer needs, recommend personalized solutions, demonstrate the latest technology, and collaborate with peers to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

Builds proficiency related to serving and selling to customers while providing world-class customer experience
Helps customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey
Explorers individual needs and provides hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store
Side-by-side selling to find personalized device and service solutions
Uses digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and T-Mobile plans
Completes training on store experience, skills, processes, and systems
Partners with T-Mobile employees to collectively own the customer experience and resolve issues
Successfully identifies and hands off small business leads
Supports team initiatives and creates an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience (Retail environment preferred)
Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it
Competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues
Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
