Job Description:

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are an integral part of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They engage with customers, identify their needs, and recommend solutions. They also complete training, use digital tools, and work collaboratively to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment
uses digital self-serve tools during customer interactions and the onboarding process
identifies customer needs and uses solution-based selling techniques
completes training on the T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills, products, processes, and knowledge of systems
continuously learns and improves skills to provide the best possible experience for customers
performs store operations including opening and closing procedures
builds rapport, trust, and loyalty with customers
captures referrals and builds relationships with new and existing customers
partners with nearby leadership and teams to support customer account setup and servicing

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a Retail environment
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
passionate customer advocate
effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
