• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment
• leverages digital tools and solution-based selling techniques
• completes in-store training and follows store procedures
• builds relationships with customers and nearby teams
• performs sales activities including referrals and Be Back processes
• ensures customer satisfaction and excels in the sales process

• High School Diploma/GED
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
• at least 18 years of age
• legally authorized to work in the United States
