Job Description:

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are an integral part of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They are ambassadors who create excitement around T-Mobile products and excel at engaging customers in high-traffic environments, identifying customer needs, and recommending solutions. The role involves sales, training, relationship building, and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively engages with a broad range of customers
uses digital tools and communicates effectively to educate customers
leverages digital self-serve tools
identifies customer needs using solution-based selling techniques
completes training on T-Mobile products and systems
builds relationships with nearby leadership and teams
performs store operations, including opening and closing procedures
matches the pace of the customer to build rapport and loyalty
proactively drives sales activity

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience (Retail environment preferred)
passionate customer advocate
effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
competitive drive and confidence in a fast-paced sales environment
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
