Job Description:

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are an integral part of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. The role involves engaging with customers, providing solutions, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment
leverage digital tools and self-serve techniques
identify customer needs
provide solution-based recommendations
perform store operations including opening and closing procedures
ensure customer satisfaction and build relationships
review personal results, current promotions, and updates
partner with nearby store locations to onboard customers
manage Be Back processes and capture referrals
build relationships with new and existing customers

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
customer satisfaction skills
team building skills
competitive drive and confidence in retail sales
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
