Job Description:

Mobile Associate, store-in-store positions engage customers, provide solutions, deepen relationships, meet performance goals, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include using digital tools for onboarding, providing exceptional service, participating in training and operational procedures, and collaborating with local teams for a seamless experience.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment
Leverages digital self-serve tools during customer interactions
Completes training on T-Mobile in-store experience, skills, products, and processes
Builds relationships with leadership teams nearby to improve customer experience
Follows up with customers, manages referrals and feedback processes

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred in a retail environment
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States

Nice to have:

Retail environment experience
Passionate customer advocate
Effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals
Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
