Job Description:

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are key members of the Retail Team. They engage customers, demonstrate T-Mobile solutions, and deepen relationships with customers through meaningful interactions in high-traffic environments. Mobile Associates focus on solution-based selling, education, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while meeting sales targets.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment
utilize digital tools during customer interactions
identify customer needs and recommend T-Mobile solutions
complete training and continuously improve skills
follow store operations and opening/closing procedures
build relationships with customers and nearby leadership teams
perform price overrides for specialty offers
capture referrals and manage follow-ups with customers

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
passionate customer advocate
effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals
desire to be a part of the game-changing T-Mobile store team
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
