Job Description:

Mobile Associates are ambassadors of the T-Mobile brand within National Sales partner locations. They thrive in a dynamic, high-traffic environment while engaging deeply with customers and identifying their needs to recommend T-Mobile solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively engage with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment
use solution-based selling techniques to recommend T-Mobile products and services
complete training on the T-Mobile in-store experience and reference resources
perform store operations, opening and closing procedures
provide exceptional service and exceed customer expectations
build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
