Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as part of a Retail Team to build energy and excitement around T-Mobile products and services. They engage with customers to uncover needs, educate them, and recommend solutions. This role requires training completion and prepares associates for advancement to the Mobile Expert role.

Job Responsibility:

Builds proficiency related to serving and selling to customers
Becomes skilled with and consistently uses digital tools in interactions and onboarding
Establishes relationships with and partners with T-Mobile employees across channels

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
Passionate customer advocate
Competitive drive
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
