Job Description:

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are an integral part of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They excel at engaging customers, recommending wireless solutions, and providing exceptional service while meeting sales and quality targets.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment
use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate T-Mobile products
recommend wireless solutions and help customers understand self-serve tools
complete training on the T-Mobile experience, new skills, products, and processes
partner with nearby store locations to on-board customers
ensure exceptional customer service and exceed performance targets
follow up with customers, capture referrals, and manage customer relationships

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience
passionate customer advocate
willingness to be part of a team
competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
