Job Description:

Mobile Associates are integral members of the Retail Team at T-Mobile. They engage with customers in high-traffic environments, build deep relationships, and use solution-based selling techniques to promote T-Mobile products and services while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Job Responsibility:

  • Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment
  • leverages digital tools during customer interactions and onboarding process
  • educates customers and recommends wireless solutions
  • completes training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills, and processes
  • performs store operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • builds rapport and trust through exceptional customer service and interactions
  • collaborates with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • at least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a retail environment
  • customer satisfaction skills
  • team building skills
  • competitive drive for retail sales
  • legally authorized to work in the United States
  • at least 18 years of age
