Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as a member of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life, building energy and excitement around products and services while immersing themselves in significant connections with customers. This role focuses on learning and building proficiency for a fast-paced sales environment and transitioning to the next level as a Mobile Expert.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology
side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion
using digital tools to demonstrate network coverage
explaining T-Mobile plans and services
completing training on in-store processes
learning about wireless and technology innovations
establishing relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels
identifying and handing off small business leads
supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it
competitive drive and proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
