Job Description:

Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store represent the T-Mobile brand within National Sales partner locations, engaging with customers, identifying needs, and providing solutions through meaningful interactions and an understanding of T-Mobile offerings. The role includes leveraging digital tools, completing training, meeting performance targets, and performing store operations to deliver exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibility:

Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment, using digital tools and showcasing the value of T-Mobile solutions
Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to fully demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services
Recommend wireless solutions and assist customers in utilizing the T-Mobile app for self-serving
Complete training, stay customer-ready, and continuously learn and improve skills
Partner with nearby store locations to onboard customers and perform store operations such as opening and closing procedures
Engage with customers to build rapport, trust, and loyalty through meaningful interactions
Follow up with customers and manage sales processes
Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to enhance customer support

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun with our customers
Effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals
Desire to be a part of the game-changing T-Mobile store team
Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing best practices, while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues
Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
