Job Description:

Mobile Associates are responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations by engaging with customers, identifying needs, and providing solutions. They leverage sales techniques, digital tools, and product demonstrations to deepen customer relationships and exceed performance targets.

Job Responsibility:

  • Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment
  • uses digital tools, communicates effectively, educates customers, and showcases the value of T-Mobile solutions
  • identifies customer needs and recommends wireless solutions
  • performs retail store operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • deepens relationships with customers through exceptional service and follow-ups
  • reviews personal results and current promotions to stay customer-ready
  • builds relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • at least 18 years of age
  • legally authorized to work in the United States
  • 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred
  • customer satisfaction skills
