Job Description:

Mobile Associates work as a member of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They build energy and excitement around products and services, uncover customer needs, and educate customers on device and service solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey
exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store
side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions
approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity, and compassion
using digital tools in interactions and onboarding
completing training on T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills, and processes
establishing relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels
successfully identifying and handing off small business leads
supporting team initiatives and creating an inclusive environment

Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED
6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
at least 18 years of age
legally authorized to work in the United States
passionate customer advocate
competitive drive
willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders
effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals
