Robert Half is seeking an Operations Support Administrator to join a thriving company and play a crucial role in maintaining and improving operational efficiency. The role involves providing administrative support, coordinating schedules, maintaining documentation, and assisting in onboarding new staff.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth execution of daily operational tasks
  • Act as a central point of contact for cross-departmental communication, ensuring team collaboration and consistent workflow
  • Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, and project timelines to support operational goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation, files, and records, both online and physical, to ensure compliance and organization
  • Assist in the creation and distribution of reports, presentations, and updates to leadership and other stakeholders
  • Monitor and order office supplies, manage inventory, and liaise with vendors to address procurement needs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues, escalating concerns as needed to the appropriate team members

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in administrative support or operations roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
  • High level of professionalism and ability to maintain discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field preferred but not required
