Job Description:

The Outreach Executive (OE) is responsible for developing relationships with community members to engage Medicare seniors with Oak Street Health, converting them into patients. The role involves lead generation, fostering community relationships, and supporting the organization's goal of rebuilding healthcare as it should be. Responsibilities include outreach activities, collaboration within the team, CRM management, and ensuring a positive patient experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Generating leads by effectively engaging Medicare senior community through event execution and local community outreach
  • Maintaining internal sales system knowledge and marketing programs by attending scheduled meetings to learn about new updates on services, workstreams, and initiatives
  • Prospecting and cold calling to prospects & new leads assigned to you
  • Nurturing prospective patients and prospecting for new patients via email, phone, and networking
  • Collaborating with Community Relationship Manager (CRM), other OEs, and Outreach Manager/Outreach Director to drive lead generation
  • Maintaining consistent touchpoints with prospects to drive new patient growth
  • Capturing and recording customer information and sales activity into CRM system
  • Acting as point of contact for clinical and center teams
  • Resolving concerns and complaints from new prospects and patients
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Ability to quickly connect and influence the right people
  • Comfortable with navigating external barriers to create a positive experience
  • Ability to manage priorities simultaneously
  • Team player and contributor to the overall effectiveness of the team
  • Sales and/or healthcare experience a plus
  • Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by people in the communities we serve (where necessary)
  • US work authorization
