Job Description:

As an Outreach Executive, you will develop relationships with community members to engage Medicare seniors, aiming to convert them into patients of Oak Street Health. This role involves lead generation, relationship management, and collaboration with team members to drive new patient growth in local territories.

Job Responsibility:

Generating leads by effectively engaging Medicare senior community through event execution and local community outreach
Maintaining internal sales system knowledge and marketing programs by attending scheduled meetings to learn about new updates on services, workstreams, and initiatives
Prospecting and cold calling to prospects & new leads assigned to you
Nurturing prospective patients and prospect for new patients via email, phone, and networking
Collaborating with Community Relationship Manager, other OEs, and Outreach Manager/Director to drive lead generation
Maintaining consistent touchpoints with prospects to drive new patient growth
Recording customer information and sales activity into CRM and other business systems
Resolving concerns & complaints from new prospects & patients

Requirements:

Ability to quickly connect and influence the right people
Comfortable with navigating external barriers to create a positive experience
Ability to manage priorities simultaneously
Team player and contributor to the overall effectiveness of the team
Sales and/or healthcare experience a plus
Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by people in the communities we serve (where necessary)
US work authorization
