Job Description:

As a graduate pharmacist intern, you will work as part of the pharmacy team delivering care to patients and ensuring optimal Retail Pharmacy work environments. Responsibilities include customer service, patient safety, inventory management, and leading with empathy.

Requirements:

PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program prior to beginning Post-Graduate Training Program at CVS Health
0-3 years prior relevant work experience
Must possess or be in process of obtaining a valid Pharmacist intern and/or technician licensure as required by state BOP
Strong verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills
Complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe
Ability to have regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
Be mobile and remain upright for extended periods of time
Lift, scan, and bag items
Finger dexterity
Reach overhead
Extend hand(s) and arm(s) multiple directions to place, move, or lift items
Precision control
Stoop to a considerable degree
Visual acuity
Able to orally communicate
Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs.

Nice to have:

Immunization eligibility
3-5 years prior relevant work experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Once state regulations are met, should be striving to provide patient immunizations as an essential pharmacist function.
