Job Description:

As a graduate pharmacist intern, you play a significant role in working as part of the pharmacy team to deliver safe and effective care. You'll participate in regulatory compliance, quality assurance, inventory management, customer service, and workflow management under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.

Requirements:

PharmD graduate of a U.S. accredited program prior to beginning Post-Graduate Training Program at CVS Health
0-3 years prior relevant work experience
Must possess or be in process of obtaining a valid Pharmacist intern and/or technician licensure as required by state BOP
Strong verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills
Complete all required training within state guidelines and required timeframe
Ability to have regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
Ability to be mobile and remain upright for extended periods of time
Ability to lift, scan, and bag items
Ability for finger dexterity such as picking, pinching, typing
Ability to reach overhead, stretch, or grasp items
Ability for precision control and adjusting machines
Ability to stoop and move items between positions
Visual acuity to transcribe, use a computer, inspect small parts
Oral communication skills
Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds

Nice to have:

Immunization eligibility
3-5 years prior relevant work experience
proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
