Job Description:

As a Pharmacy Technician at CVS Health, provide operational and service support to deliver exceptional patient experiences and improve health care systems with empathy and care, while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Job Responsibility:

Helping pharmacists manage and improve patient health
following pharmacy workflow procedures
providing positive patient experiences through empathy and genuine care
offering immunizations and additional services
completing basic inventory activities
contributing to a high-performing team
ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws
delivering patient health care services such as immunizations and clinics

Requirements:

Must comply with any state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, which includes but is not limited to, age, education, and licensure/certification
must be at least 18 years of age if no state age requirement applies
must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or be actively enrolled in high school or high school equivalency program
state-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state

Nice to have:

1-3 years previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician
previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting
ability to work in the home store, and across the market in other locations, to meet business needs
