Job Description:

Pharmacy Technicians deliver compassionate care by filling prescriptions, maintaining compliance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They work within federal, state, and local laws in a retail pharmacy environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage all assigned pharmacy workstations and tasks
  • Ensure medication needs and regulatory compliance standards are met
  • Provide caring service
  • Complete CVS Pharmacy Technician Training Program
  • Build technical and insurance knowledge
  • Maintain ethical conduct and patient confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Licensure requirements vary by state
  • Attention and focus
  • Customer service orientation
  • Communication skills
  • Mathematical reasoning
  • Problem resolution
  • Physical demands such as remaining upright, moving about on foot, lifting up to 30 lbs.

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting
  • Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician
  • PTCB National Certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
