We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. Located in Algonquin, Illinois, this role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing client communications, supervising onsite support, and overseeing construction schedules. Your expertise in Cloud Technologies, Atlassian Jira, CRM, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning will be vital to your success in this role.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and oversee various projects using Agile Scrum methodologies
  • Apply your knowledge of IBM and About Time to ensure efficient project execution
  • Handle client communications effectively, addressing all their needs and concerns
  • Supervise onsite support, ensuring all tasks are completed according to the project schedule
  • Oversee construction schedules, ensuring tasks are completed within the stipulated time frame
  • Manage budgets, ensuring all project expenses are within the allocated budget
  • Utilize your expertise in Cloud Technologies to enhance project execution
  • Use your skills in Atlassian Jira and CRM to streamline project processes
  • Leverage your knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to ensure resource efficiency
  • Ensure all project-related communication is clear and effective
  • Implement budget processes to monitor and control project costs

Requirements:

  • Must possess strong proficiency in Atlassian Jira
  • Must have extensive knowledge and experience with Cloud Technologies
  • Should be adept at using CRM tools for customer relationship management
  • Must have comprehensive understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
  • Should have familiarity with IBM systems and processes
  • Experience with About Time software is a must
  • Must have practical experience in Agile Scrum methodologies
  • Should be proficient in managing Budget Processes
  • Must have excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Should have experience in the Construction industry
  • Onsite Support experience is required
