Property Manager

• Managing and supervising accounting residents and property
• Utilizing accounting software systems like Yardi to manage accounts
• Overseeing both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure smooth financial transactions
• Conducting regular audits to ensure client satisfaction and compliance
• Proficiently using Yardi for managing and tracking residential leases
• Providing team leadership to ensure effective and efficient operations

• Must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Property management role or similar capacity
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems, Like Yardi, preferred
• Experience with client facing conflict resolutions
• Familiarity with both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is required
• Prior experience in Auditing is a plus
