A Top 100 law firm is looking to make a growth driven hire into their busy Real Estate department. The successful Real Estate Solicitor will join a busy team who act for some of the biggest names in real estate investment, development and asset management.

Job Responsibility:

acquisitions
disposals
leases
commercial real estate development
investment properties
corporate landlord and tenant matters

Requirements:

ambitious, technically strong Real Estate Associates or Senior Solicitors with broad know how acquired in a regional, national or City practice

Nice to have:

good negotiating skills
strong client servicing style
