Job Description:

The Regional Director of Operations (RDO) is responsible for the operational rigor and oversight across multiple centers within a geography. This includes ensuring centers are operationally efficient, optimizing resources for patients, and driving clinical excellence. The RDO will also manage Practice Managers, implement improvements, lead DE&I initiatives, and create a cohesive team environment within the region.

Job Responsibility:

Multi-center operational rigor with a focus on patient experience and engagement
Ensure all centers are operationally efficient and are optimizing resources for patients
Deep ownership of and expanded focus on patient experience
Focus on schedule management, patient responsiveness, and clinical outcomes
Continuously improving sites through proactive identification and improvement of operational opportunities
Problem solving with center-level leadership and sustainable solution creation
Promotion of standardization to best practices and SOPs to promote quality control
Best practice sharing and coordination across centers and markets
Launch new initiatives, whether centrally driven or regionally driven
Provide feedback on new corporate initiatives
Partner with regional leadership to identify workflow impact across teams
Serve as the subject matter expert in all things operational
Onboard, train and coach new Practice Managers
Conduct independent operational reviews on performance, quality, and other metrics
Support Practice Managers in team development and build regional cohort culture
Lead efforts in partnership with other regional leaders to support overall employee engagement scores
Ambassador for DE&I initiatives across the region

Requirements:

5 or more years of experience in a supervisory role in a clinical or medical setting, with at least 2 years of multi-site experience
Undergraduate degree required, Masters preferred
Incredible level of organization, reliability and independence
A passion for mentorship and team-development
A problem-solving orientation and eagerness to identify process gaps and implement practical solutions
Ability to manage multiple priorities across various stakeholders and departments
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work across a matrixed organization
Travel required to centers within geography (80%)
US work authorization
