Job Description:

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a Company operated Restaurant, including people, operations, and financial metrics. The position requires excellent guest service, team leadership, and adherence to Brand and Company standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
  • Provide excellent guest service
  • Recruit, interview, select, hire, and onboard team members
  • Maintain a clean restaurant environment
  • Establish and maintain production management system
  • Direct team to ensure food items are prepared and served in accordance with regulations
  • Supervise and coach team members
  • Ensure team members are properly trained
  • Cascade relevant information and maintain communication board
  • Implement new Brand campaigns and conduct new product training
  • Ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met
  • Monitor and ensure accuracy of cash, sales, and inventory control records
  • Communicate with Restaurant District Manager
  • Complete daily, weekly, and period paperwork, inventory counts, cash counts, truck orders, schedules, and other administrative duties
  • Guarantee a safe environment for team members and guests
  • Complete incident reports
  • Take ownership of financial and operational metrics
  • Conduct team member check-ins and provide positive feedback
  • Implement progressive discipline
  • Train Restaurant Assistant Manager

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years restaurant management experience required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid state Driver’s License required
  • Serv Safe© Manager certification preferred
  • Open availability required

  • Reach, grasp, and manipulate objects with hands for entire shift, including reaching for objects overhead
  • Push, pull, lift, and carry up to 10 lbs. frequently and up to 50+ lb. occasionally, including lifting from ground to overhead
