We are seeking a Sales Account Manager to join our team in the industrial machinery industry in Rohnert Park, California. As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities and managing key client relationships. You will be tasked with driving business development and revenue growth to meet sales objectives.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's client base
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Collaborate with the sales team to establish growth strategies
Work closely with internal teams
Monitor and analyze account metrics, revenue forecasts, and KPIs
Develop pricing and service strategies tailored to clients' needs
Meet or exceed sales targets
Prepare and deliver regular reports on account status
Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams
Develop and implement account plans
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales account management role within the industrial machinery industry
Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
Strong knowledge of CRM systems
Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
Proven experience with ERP Solutions
Experience in Answering Inbound Calls
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
