We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Scheduling Manager in the Utilities/Infrastructure industry, based in Maple Grove, Minnesota, United States. The role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee and manage scheduling for over 300 different projects
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination across project teams
  • Utilize ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning software to track and manage project schedules
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address potential project risks
  • Monitor and report on KPIs related to project scheduling and performance
  • Handle the costing aspects of construction projects, including activity-based costing and annual standard cost
  • Lead development of project schedules and ensure adherence to established timelines
  • Facilitate interaction between manufacturing and construction project teams
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to project scheduling

Requirements:
