Job Description:

Boutique employment firm is seeking a senior attorney/partner to join their collaborative team in the East Bay. In this role, you will be expected to handle various tasks, including processing legal cases, managing client relationships, and providing mentorship to associates.

Job Responsibility:

Overseeing the work of associate and senior associates
Managing employment law cases with a focus on wage & hour and discrimination/whistleblower cases
Ensuring regular contact with clients and building strong relationships
Providing mentorship and development opportunities for other attorneys
Utilizing strong litigation experience in handling complex cases
Representing public entity or healthcare institutions when required
Employing strong analytical and strategic-thinking abilities
Maintaining excellent writing and communication skills
Advocating for clients with energy and commitment
Fostering a stress-free environment

Requirements:

Proficiency in Employment Law
Expertise in Employment Law from the perspective of an employer
Must possess Civil Litigation Experience
Trial Experience
Experience in handling Depositions
Familiarity with Motion Practice
Capability in Counseling Employees
