Job Description:

Our client, a prominent private equity firm, is seeking a Senior Benefits Consultant to lead the restructuring and streamlining of benefits across multiple entities. This role will focus on managing complex benefit plans, improving system processes, and ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee and manage various benefit plans, including those from acquired entities
Develop and implement strategies to streamline and align benefit offerings
Ensure smooth transitions during mergers by consolidating and terminating plans as needed
Set up and optimize payroll and HR systems (such as ADP or similar platforms)
Ensure compliance with ACA reporting and other regulatory requirements
Identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements
Lead initiatives to improve benefits administration processes and integrate systems across entities
Troubleshoot data inconsistencies and manage reporting needs effectively
Oversee documentation updates and ensure electronic onboarding systems remain current
Collaborate with brokers, clients, and vendors to manage and update benefit plans
Maintain strong relationships with external partners to ensure seamless plan execution

Requirements:

Extensive experience in benefits administration, HR operations, or related fields
Proficiency with payroll and HRIS platforms, with a preference for ADP experience
Ability to manage multiple entities and complex benefit structures
Strong project management abilities with a focus on process improvement
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail when managing data and systems
Comfort with managing high workloads and meeting deadlines efficiently

Nice to have:

Experience with vendor and client management
Knowledge of technical and compliance-related aspects of benefits systems
