Senior Infrastructure Engineer

• Manage daily operations of the primary Data Centre, including UPS and AC monitoring
• Handle rack management, cabling and space optimization
• Co-ordinate with vendors for maintenance, upgrades and compliance
• Monitor system performance and utilization through various systems including vROPs and EcoStruxure DCO/DCE
• Enforce security and best practice frameworks to ensure the best possible uptime

• Ability to deliver day-to-day operation of a Data Centre: Rack management and cabling experience
• Co-ordinate with vendors for maintenance, upgrades and compliance
• Monitor system performance and utilization through various systems including vROPs and EcoStruxure DCE/DCO
• Enforce security and best practise frameworks to ensure the best possible uptime
• Demonstrated ability in delivery of Data Centre upgrades around AC and UPS
• Demonstrated knowledge of, or ability to undertake research and analysis of, current market offerings
• Ability to provide informed and technically sound insight into pro’s and cons of differing systems and technologies
• Ability to produce design, build and operations documents for processes and procedures
