Senior IT Project Manager

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for BA-related enhancements in I@C and PTS
• act as the primary point of contact in Org PMO for all PTS-related questions tied to procedures, UAT, and enhancements
• drive cross-functional collaboration and facilitate effective communication with business and technology partners
• manage both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
• conduct and manage UAT testing for BA requirements with cross-enterprise stakeholders
• evaluate potential systemic solutions to improve user experience, data capture, and prevent issue recurrence for ETR products (PTS, RAC, Dashboards)
• lead the end-to-end lifecycle of automation initiatives
• utilize expertise in low-code platforms like Celonis and Tableau to design and implement tailored solutions
• provide regular updates to stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
• develop detailed IT work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.

• 6-10 years of experience in a related technology role
• proven experience as a PM with PTS and Investment
• experience with I@C
• experience with enterprise program management tools (e.g., MS Office, JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr)
• experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau
• experience with low-code platforms like Celonis and Tableau
• strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• experience in the banking or regulatory environment
