Job Description:

This Senior Learning and Development Coordinator role is vital to the success of our Global Learning & Development team. The role includes organizing and managing programs, planning schedules across various time zones, coordinating facilitators, managing participant data, and optimizing L&D processes. You will also analyze program data and provide insights to drive measurable results. The position requires collaboration with global stakeholders and leveraging technology for workflow improvements.

Job Responsibility:

  • People management responsibility of the Learning Coordinator
  • Program Scheduling & Logistics: meticulously plan and manage program schedules across multiple time zones
  • Communicate effectively with learners, their managers, relevant stakeholders and team members
  • Proactively collect information, investigate issues, and provide insights and solutions
  • Enhance and embed standard operating procedures (SOPs) for learning programs
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and implement automation
  • Maintain systems, trackers, and central storage areas, ensuring data integrity
  • Generate meaningful insights from data analysis and create reports
  • Manage Learning dashboards using Google Looker Studios or other platforms
  • Perform standard and non-routine administrative tasks inline with team priorities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional & intellectual ability
  • experienced in optimizing processes from an operational perspective
  • Experience in developing and maintaining SAAS data dashboards (Google Looker Studio experience highly valued)
  • knowledge in role-related systems
  • Strong capability with Google suite, with good working knowledge of Sheets, Slides, and documents
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent organization skills with the ability to create, measure and track timelines
