Job Description:

The Senior Project Manager role involves overseeing key projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget while fostering continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement. Job Responsibility:

Develop initial project deliverables, including feasibility studies, risk assessments, project initiation reports, staffing outlines, and project execution and control procedures
Provide direction, guidance, and support to team members, facilitating issue resolution and a collaborative environment
Serves as the primary liaison with business customers, offering insights and recommendations for optimizing project-related processes
Cultivate strong, positive relationships with stakeholders, promoting effective two-way communication within both local and international contexts
Track project progress, ensuring that deliverables align with quality standards and customer expectations, and make adjustments to resources as necessary
Design and implement new processes to ensure smooth and effective execution of mission-critical systems
Prepare and deliver clear project updates and presentations, including weekly or bi-weekly reports for stakeholders that provide a transparent view of project status
Manage project budgets, including resources and CAPEX, to maintain effective allocation and cost control
Facilitate the smooth transition of completed projects to Operations, coordinating closely with Business Development and Operations teams.

Requirements:

A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within a global organization
Strong background in Agile and traditional project management methodologies
Experienced in bridging processes and technology to drive efficiency, streamline operations, and enable scalable solutions through strategic project management
Proven experience working in a multicultural and multinational environment, fostering collaborative and cross-regional communication
Proven experience in managing and collaborating with teams across multiple time zones, ensuring seamless communication, alignment, and productivity through effective digital tools and structured workflows
Demonstrated experience managing projects within JD Edwards and SAP environment, with a strong understanding of ERP projects dynamics
Proven track record in leading complex programs and managing multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams
Extensive experience in measuring value realization to ensure projects deliver quantifiable business outcomes
Experience in leading change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions, structured framework, stakeholder engagement, and clear communication
Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus. Demonstrating expertise in process improvement and optimization
Experience in Share Service Center transitions is a plus. Managing migration and integration of processes to share services environment. PPM certification and Agile (Scrum Master or SAFe)
Proficiency in Agile practices with a deep understanding of its principles
Agile certification is required
Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to travel as needed.
