Job Description:

Are you a Senior Project Manager with experience leading the implementation of a legal document management system? Our BC finance client is looking for someone with the skillset for an initial 6 months with the option to extend by an additional 6 months at the client's discretion.

Job Responsibility:

manage one or more projects from inception to delivery
coordinate activities and manage dependencies across multiple technical workstreams
develop and lead the development of project deliverables
work with external vendors and system integrators to ensure that the solution design aligns with requirements and technical standards

Requirements:

5+ years of experience working in a BA/PM capacity
excellent BA skills
has played a senior role on strategic projects
experience identifying assumptions, constraints, and estimating effort for corporate projects at the concept/pre-initiation stage
experience working with diverse stakeholder groups from business to technical
proven ability to build consensus among differing perspectives
demonstrated ability to document complex business/system requirements with clarity
strong communication and analytical skills
able to lead and conduct integration and user acceptance testing
experience with system integration and application architecture
proven ability to drive projects to completion under tight timelines
able to manage a medium size project with diverse stakeholders
demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical tasks
able to provide project status reports on a timely basis to project leaders
experience with agile project delivery is an asset

Nice to have:

experience delivering technology solutions to law firms or legal departments within financial services
understanding of compliance and legal services workflows, products and their lifecycle
experience with agile project delivery
